Food has always been a link to many of my emotions.  From self sabotage to anxiety, I turned to food as coping mechanism.  Early on, I struggled with anorexia, then excessive weight gain and my struggles with anxiety.  So, like many I have faced challenges with my weight, food and anxiety and I know firsthand the drive and determination it takes to reset the mind and reshape the body. I have kept off the 55lbs lost over the past 20 years and I can help you design a program that is right for you through understanding your primary and secondary foods. I will give you the tools to support you and guide you to a better, balanced, healthier lifestyle.
